Vacation oriented lakefront home located at the end of a very private road. If you are seeking privacy and plenty of outside space this vacation home has it all.This vacation home has four bedrooms, and two full baths. The house is modern with pine board ceilings & walls, and a vaulted ceiling with beams in the living room. Most rooms have hardwood floors and ceiling fans.There is a large elevated deck that looks over the lake. The deck is equipped with two picnic tables, multiple lawn chairs and a gas grill. Lots of room to run around and have fun!!A private beach with a gradual slope, a dock and a rowboat are included. There is a mooring for day use, and the gradual beach could be used for a boat launch with the owners permission.Those looking to fish from the shore will find a plentiful supply of sunfish, perch, rock bass, crappies and an occasional bass or northern. For those looking to kayak or canoe this area is nicely protected from the wind and wildlife is plentiful.
• Our rentals are booked on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
• The rental fee is calculated by the weekly rental amount, plus a VT State tax of 9% of the rental amount, plus a refundable security deposit of $250. Linens are not included unless otherwise noted.
• If pets are allowed and you bring one, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a refundable $150 pet deposit.
• We require 50% of the amount due to reserve the dates, and the additional 50% 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations within 60 days require the full amount due.
• A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the cancellation date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that occur within Sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
$900/week for May thru-May 27 $1150/week for May 28- June 3. $1250/week for June 4-10 $1395/week for June 11-17 $1425/week for June 18-25 $1695/week for June 26-Jul1 $1975/week for July and August. Fall rates are $900 to $1250
