This classic summer home sits right on the shores of the Alburgh Passage near the Alburgh bridge. The house has great living spaces, big rooms and a private beach with a dock and a boat lift! All the comforts of home in a great spot!
• Our rentals are booked on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
• The rental fee is calculated by the weekly rental amount, plus a VT State tax of 9% of the rental amount, plus a refundable security deposit of $250. Linens are not included unless otherwise noted.
• If pets are allowed and you bring one, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a refundable $150 pet deposit.
• We require 50% of the amount due to reserve the dates, and the additional 50% 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations within 60 days require the full amount due.
• A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the cancellation date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that occur within Sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
The lake is literally right out our back door. It's the porch off the back overlooking the lake that is my wife and my favorite part. You will find us in that room early in the morning with a cup of coffee enjoying a good book and the peace and quite before the boys get up.
Once the kids are up, it's off the the cement dock for fishing. My family can not wait to return to the beautiful place year after year.
Great beach for the kids to play on and close enough to Burlington for Mom to slip away for a day of shopping. Our kids will remember this place for the rest of their lives.
