This is a sweet cottage located on the dead end -Pearl Bay Lane in Grand Isle. Set right on the water with cozy comfort and an incredible view! Nice open spaces, a waterfront patio, dock and mooring! Note that all bedrooms are off the main living space with curtains for privacy!
• Our rentals are booked on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
• The rental fee is calculated by the weekly rental amount, plus a VT State tax of 9% of the rental amount, plus a refundable security deposit of $250. Linens are not included unless otherwise noted.
• If pets are allowed and you bring one, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a refundable $150 pet deposit.
• We require 50% of the amount due to reserve the dates, and the additional 50% 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations within 60 days require the full amount due.
• A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the cancellation date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that occur within Sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
