This newly renovated cottage has end of road privacy and guaranteed relaxation!! Nice and sunny open spaces, screened porch and a private beach! What more could you ask for?? There are 3 nice bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and lots of room for the family!
• Our rentals are booked on a Saturday to Saturday stay.
• The rental fee is calculated by the weekly rental amount, plus a VT State tax of 9% of the rental amount, plus a refundable security deposit of $250 to $500. Linens are not included unless otherwise noted.
• If pets are allowed and you bring one, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a refundable $150 pet deposit.
• We require 50% of the amount due to reserve the dates, and the additional 50% 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations within 60 days require the full amount due.
• A Sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than Sixty (60) days prior to the cancellation date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that occur within Sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.
